What is the minimum length of stay?

You have to commit to a minimum stay of 3 months with Commontown. Following the minimum stay period, your contract will be extended on a month-by-month basis and you’ll be able to vacate your home or transfer to any of our other co-living spaces around the world. You may also choose to sign a longer-term contract (e.g.12 months) and enjoy better rates. Please note that the price of the room will vary depending on membership length.

What is included in the price?

Your all-inclusive monthly bill covers room rental, utility bills, 1Gbps fibre broadband, weekly communal area cleaning, weekly private bedroom cleaning, basic supplies, access to communal spaces, community events and a unique living experience.

What is the size of the bed?

All beds in Commontown are queen size beds.

Do the apartments have bed linens and towels?

Commontown provides a basic linen and towels kit. Your bed will already be made when you move into your space.

Do I have to pay extra costs for the cleaning of my private bedroom?

No, there is no extra charge. Weekly cleaning of your private bedroom is included in your rent.
